Requirements:

• Valid passport (6+ months validity)
• 2 white background photos (35mm x 45mm, semi-matt finish)
• Completed visa application form (Delhi/Mumbai format)
• Covering letter
• Personal bank statement (last 6 months, original with bank seal & signature, minimum ₹80,000)
  If spouse bears the expenses, their statement is required
• Confirmed hotel booking (if applicable)
• Flight itinerary
• Invitation letter from spouse (with signature), spouse’s passport & work visa copy
• Marriage certificate copy
• Spouse’s Egypt residence permit (if applicable)

• Duly filled & signed visa application form [Delhi / Mumbai format]
• Two photograph 35x45mm with white background 80% face
• Covering letter on company letterhead addressed to:
  The Visa Officer, Embassy/Consulate of The Arab Republic of Egypt, New Delhi/Mumbai with seal and sign
• Invitation letter (in English) from Egypt-based companywith applicant name and passport #
• Egypt company registration copy
• Last 6 months personal/company bank statement (with bank seal & signature, min. balance ₹50,000)
